We initially did a round of org clean up and made it relevant to the Indian context. We Worked on design revamp/restructuring for various broken functionalities that are critical for the sales processes currently implemented in the org. We helped their marketing team with reports & dashboards to track & measure key metrics. We took over an incomplete implementation and established their marketing, sales, after-sales process in Salesforce.

The Challenge
Su-kam, a leading manufacturer of uninterrupted power supply and power back up systems, was facing significant challenges in managing their field service and warranties. They were leaking service revenue heavily due to the inability to track spares inventory, warranty replacements and fraud at their service centers across the country.
The Solution
Lister implemented a comprehensive solution built on Salesforce to manage all incoming cases and routing to appropriate service centers and field service engineers as well as complete spare parts inventory tracking to the last mile. We also tracked defective parts and financial transactions in Salesforce and integrated inventory and finance with their Oracle ERP.
